BODE accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization slip inside the package.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided pre-paid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
